Field Data Collection Emerging Technologies Workshop: November 18

StreamNet, the Pacific Northwest Aquatic Monitoring Partnership (PNAMP), and Sitka Technology Group are sponsoring an “Emerging Technologies in Field Data Collection” workshop to be held November 18, 2014 at the University of Oregon’s White Stag Building in downtown Portland.

The purpose of the workshop is to compare and discuss the pros and cons of using various technologies for data entry in the field. The workshop is aimed at data collection tools that are possible alternatives to using paper data sheets followed by data entry at a later time; we will not discuss automated data loggers.
